Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy Summary

• Return window: Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery and must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

• Return conditions: Products may be inspected as they would be in a shop. Please return all supplied parts where possible. Missing original packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

• Return exceptions: Custom-made or clearly personalized goods and other statutory exceptions are excluded only where the legal requirements apply.

• Return shipping cost: LGJFF pays the return shipping cost for every approved return, including damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

• Return address: LGJFF Returns, Sękowa 252, 38-307 Sękowa, Poland. The registered office in Denmark cannot accept returns.

• Refund process: Contact fredawarren19745@gmail.com first. We refund within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch have been received.

• Cash on delivery: We arrange a suitable fee-free refund method with the customer.

This policy applies to orders placed through the LGJFF online store, operated by Nordic Site Supervision ApS.

Countries covered by this policy:

Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal and Spain.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final product is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement of withdrawal within the required period to:

Where possible, please provide your full name, order number and the products concerned by the withdrawal. Providing a reason for the return is voluntary.

2. Return Period and Procedure

After notifying us of your withdrawal from the contract, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

2. We will confirm the return and provide return instructions and, where necessary, a return shipping label.

3. Pack the goods securely to ensure their safety during transportation and return all supplied components.

4. Keep proof of shipment until the refund process has been completed.

Before shipping your return, please contact us so that the returned goods can be correctly assigned to your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for all approved returns.

This applies to returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as products that are damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly.

Please follow the return instructions provided by us.

Additional unapproved shipping costs or express delivery charges will only be covered if we have agreed to them in advance.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Products may be inspected to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality in the same way as would be possible in a physical store.

Customers may be responsible, in accordance with applicable laws, for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Where possible, please return the complete product together with all accessories, batteries and chargers (if included), user manuals and any existing original packaging.

The absence of original packaging alone does not result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

5. Batteries and Damaged Products

For safety reasons, damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise defective batteries should not be shipped without prior agreement.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

If a product is defective, damaged during transportation or different from the product ordered, please contact us at fredawarren19745@gmail.com.

Provide your order number and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will arrange a free return option and inform you about repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Refunds

We will refund all payments received in connection with the purchase covered by the withdrawal, including the cost of our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of their dispatch has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original order, without any additional fees.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a suitable refund method with the customer at no additional cost.

All refund amounts are processed in Polish złoty (PLN) in accordance with the payment method used for the order.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, as well as other exceptions provided for under applicable laws.

An exception applies only where the relevant legal requirements are actually met.

10. Statutory Consumer Rights

We do not offer an additional voluntary commercial warranty.

Consumers' statutory rights, particularly those relating to defective goods or goods that do not conform to the contract, remain fully unaffected.
