If you order products on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The store currency is PLN (Polish złoty).

Standard shipping within Poland is free (0.00 PLN), in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

4.1 Payment Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Customers confirm that they are authorized to use their selected payment method.

If a payment is not authorized, is declined or is not successfully completed, order fulfillment may be suspended or the order may be canceled.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently provide sales and deliveries within Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal and Spain.

We make every effort to dispatch orders within the timeframes indicated on our website or in the order confirmation.

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, and the estimated shipping transit time after dispatch is 8–15 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 9–18 business days.

Delivery times may depend on factors beyond our control, including carrier operations, weather conditions, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.

Standard shipping within Poland is free (0.00 PLN), with no minimum order value.

Mandatory consumer protection laws concerning delivery and transfer of risk remain unaffected.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in our Services, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, audio materials, designs, layouts and other materials, belongs to Nordic Site Supervision ApS, its affiliates or licensors, or is used with appropriate permission.

However, the sales contract for ordered products is concluded between the customer and Nordic Site Supervision ApS.

Shopify is not the seller of LGJFF products and is not responsible for order fulfillment by Nordic Site Supervision ApS.
